Quality Inn Bentonville-Rogers

Great location for what we were doing in the area; spending time with family. Room was clean and comfortable. The guy on nights checking you in was very professional. I was glad to see he wore a jacket and shirt instead of the usual t shirt and shorts or leggings. It makes the hotel more upscale.

Everything was very nice except one thing. When we got to the breakfast room at 9:00, the coffee was empty, the orange juice machine was empty, and the milk jar for the cereal was empty. And no one was around. Otherwise it was very nice fresh and new.

Didn't have any real breakfast. Just some bag snacks. Only thing they had.

The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was efficient. It was a convenient location for visiting Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, and there were plenty of dining choices nearby. It has an outdoor pool.

Room was a very decent size with beds big enough for all of us and the dog to sleep comfortably. Really liked that there wasn't a pet fee (although ours is a service dog & that wouldn't have mattered) but to know there's a pet friendly hotel is nice. Staff was extremely friendly and even it wasn't their job to check you in/out they made sure to let someone know I was there and got took care of right away. Got an amazing deal online for the room so was very happy about that too
