Great location for what we were doing in the area; spending time with family. Room was clean and comfortable. The guy on nights checking you in was very professional. I was glad to see he wore a jacket and shirt instead of the usual t shirt and shorts or leggings. It makes the hotel more upscale.

Everything was very nice except one thing. When we got to the breakfast room at 9:00, the coffee was empty, the orange juice machine was empty, and the milk jar for the cereal was empty. And no one was around. Otherwise it was very nice fresh and new.

This hotel is in an excellent location to explore NW Arkansas. It was much nicer than I expected with a large, clean and comfortable room. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was efficient. It was a convenient location for visiting Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, and there were plenty of dining choices nearby. It has an outdoor pool.

I rented a double room that was very clean, tidied up, and well arranged with solid furniture. The bathroom - very much the same. The cooling unit in the room was relatively quiet and efficient. I slept well. The staff also seemed friendly and knowledgeable.

Room was a very decent size with beds big enough for all of us and the dog to sleep comfortably. Really liked that there wasn't a pet fee (although ours is a service dog & that wouldn't have mattered) but to know there's a pet friendly hotel is nice. Staff was extremely friendly and even it wasn't their job to check you in/out they made sure to let someone know I was there and got took care of right away. Got an amazing deal online for the room so was very happy about that too

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful when I checked in at a late hour (around 10:45pm). Room was clean and bed comfortable.
